The hotel's central location is a huge advantage, making it easy to walk to popular sites like the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, perfect for our sightseeing itinerary.
We faced some inconvenience with the glass bathroom door design, which compromised our privacy during trips to the restroom.

Location is fantastic, easy to access attractions and eateries nearby. The service stands out. Housekeeping efficiently cleaned our rooms while we were at breakfast. The shower offers excellent water pressure. The room felt a bit cramped, lacking space for luggage. The bathroom door is a clear glass design, compromising privacy and letting sound through, awkward during nighttime visits. The pillows could use an upgrade. They felt small and oddly shaped, affecting sleep quality.

Aye, this spot was dope! The location was fire, right near the Royal Palace. Room had a fancy coffee maker that hit different for them early mornings. The shower got mad pressure, just what I needed after exploring all day. Just wish I had a mini fridge, though. That woulda been clutch.

Very chic hotel style and great coffee facilities.
My room was small, quite uncomfortable. The bathroom light kept turning off due to its timer, disrupting my use. Breakfast options were pretty mediocre for the price, and the change in time for weekend breakfast wasn't communicated at all.

the bathroom door is glass which really freaked us out (we felt very exposed). the motion sensor lighting was cool though, and the bed was comfy. also like the nice coffee maker in the room.

The Premium Double Room was really comfortable with a nice, comfy bed. The shower had great water pressure, awesome after a long day exploring. I appreciated the little things like a fancy coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was decent but not super varied. The only bummer was the clear glass bathroom door-it made things a little awkward for privacy.

Just a good pick for a brief pause in Madrid with very good value for money. The air conditioning kept the room cool even during the hot days I stayed. Make sure to ask about the parking fees upfront to avoid any surprises.
